As trekkers and a group of friends, we really enjoyed the clean, spacious rooms, great water pressure in the showers, and the daily stocked free water. The location is perfect, right near bus stations and the vibrant Yanagibashi Market, which has amazing seafood and local treats. The staff, especially Toyoshima and Aiza, were super helpful when we encountered issues, and check-in was easy. Plus, the breakfast options catered well for everyone!

I loved the modern design and high-tech facilities of my stay. the car parking elevator was convenient, but the room was quite small. the motion-sensor light near the entrance disturbed my sleep. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel.

the staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout my stay, and the environment was generally clean and welcoming. One of the things I enjoyed the most was the big shower which was very refreshing, and the breakfast options that included Japanese and continental style food.

The room I was given was quite small and cramped which made it uncomfortable for me and my companion to move around freely. the beds were also a bit too firm and not as comfortable as we had hoped.
